CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Private Sessions/Appointments/Classes: All cancellations or schedule changes must be made 8 hours prior to starting time. Payment is required at the time of booking, even when booked by staff. We accept cash, check, or credit card. For your convenience, we can also securely store payment information in your account. Athletes will be charged the full amount of the session for no-shows and late cancellations.

Lacrosse Camps/Clinics/Leagues:

  • If cancelled 15 days prior to the start of event, you will receive a full refund. 

  • If cancelled 14 days or less prior to the start of event, you will be refunded 50% of the event price.

  • Events will not be prorated if days are missed during events that extend more than 1 day.

  • Medical issues and family emergencies can receive a full refund except a $50 admin fee, even within the 14 day cancellation period. 

  • If Athlete is signed up within the 14 day refund period, they are subject to only a 50% refund. 

  • If Athlete is signed up and cancels in the same day, a full refund can be provided, but only on that day.

  • No refunds will be issued after the start day of event.

Field Rentals: All cancellations or schedule changes must be made 8 hours prior to the start time of rental. Payment is required at the time of booking, even when booked by staff. Customer will be charged the full amount of the session for no-shows and late cancellations.

Birthday Rentals: All cancellations or schedule changes must be made 7 days prior to the start time of rental. Payment is required at the time of booking, even when booked by staff. Customer will be charged the full amount of the session for no-shows. If cancelled within the 7 day period, a 50% refund can be issued.

Holds/Suspensions: If a medical issue renders you unable to participate in training for an extended period of time, we will place holds on the services in your account where applicable.

Expirations: Single sessions will expire two months from purchase date. Multi-Session packages will expire six months from purchase date.

Refunds: We handle refunds on a case by case basis to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with all purchases and services.
