We offer a wide range of training programs, servicing boys and girls of all ages and skill levels. Each program is unique giving players a variety of classes to choose from on a weekly basis. All trainings incorporate our innovative training technology allowing us to maximize a players potential. Our professional coaching staff has years of playing and coaching experience they utilize to provide the most effective training opportunities available.
TEAM COMBINE
Team Combines allow local youth, travel, High School and college teams to utilize our coaches, facilities, and training methods to assist their players and staff in achieving their goals. All team combines include customized programs to fit the needs and wants of each team.

TRAINING PROGRAMS
PRIVATE TRAINING
Private Lacrosse Training sessions are for boys and girls, 5 years and older and are designed to assist in developing a players overall lacrosse ability. We incorporate a variety of innovative and proven drills to improve shooting, passing, dodging, decision making and more.
SMALL GROUP
Five Star Lacrosse Small Group Training sessions are for boys and girls of all ages and abilities and are designed for players to expand on their skill specific training, make advancement in their techniques and bring together all aspects of their game.
LAX IQ: FILM ROOM
Five Star LAX IQ: FILM ROOM is an off the field, classroom experience for elite players who want to play at the highest level. Our expert coaching staff utilizes modern technology to beak-down film and provide a new training platform for players to learn the game through a different lens, challenging and developing their knowledge of the game.
